Clubhouse Rental Notes:
The clubhouse is open for rental to SRHOA members who are in good standing and current on dues.
The cost is $50.00 for the rental, plus a $175.00 damage deposit, which is returned as long as the clubhouse is cleaned and damage free.
You will receive a contract and list of rules for the clubhouse, along with what cleaning is required when you leave.
The key can be secured the day of the event, or evening before if the clubhouse is not rented that evening.
There is no stove/oven in the clubhouse, but we do have a small microwave and refrigerator. There are some limited tables and chairs available for your use.
The member renting the clubhouse is required to be on premises and is responsible for the conduct of his or her guests.
We hope you will be able to have the opportunity to use and enjoy our fine facility.
