•  Download, print and fill out the registration and volunteer form:

• Go to www.Atlantaswimming.com
   
  and pay the $18.50 NASA fee and fill out the waiver. If you were on swim team last year, they sent out a reminder email.  After April 8, the fee is $22.50
  
   
• Four Steps 1. Fill out registration form 2. Pay fee 3. Fill out volunteer form 4. Fill out nasa form online and pay fee. 

 

Drop your registration and checks in our HOA mailbox at 139 Ridge Way (by the playground).

Practices are five days a week unless noted.

Friday, May 21st and Monday, May 31^st: No Swim Team Practices

Monday, May 10 First Practice                      6 & Under:      4:30-5:00pm

                                                                        7&8/9&10:      5:00-5:45pm

                                                                        11 & Up:         5:45-6:30pm

Tuesday, May 25 Morning Practices begin:

                                                                       7&8:                8:45–9:30am 

                                                                       6 & Under:      9:00–9:30am  

                                                                        9&10:              9:30-10:15am   

                                                                       11& Up:          10:15-11:15am

Volunteer Notes:

 

• Notify Swim team of any meets swimmer will NOT attend.
• Communicate your availability to arrive early and stay late for set-up and clean-up.
• 1st and 2nd half preferences (this is not a guarantee)
• Any jobs that cannot work due to medical reasons
• Any jobs that you would prefer to work (not guaranteed)
• We will try to make volunteering as fair as possible and to take the needs of each family into consideration (i.e. vacations, 6 and under first half, ec)
• The success of each meet depends on your happy and helpful cooperation.
• Understand that we are ALL volunteering to enable our children to participate in and enjoy a quality summer swim program.
• If you cannot fulfill your volunteer duty as scheduled, please arrange to switch with someone  and let the volunteer coordinators know of the change (we will provide a sub list for each meet in the Swim Team Packet.
