Clubhouse Reservations and Rules

The clubhouse may be reserved during:
- 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sunday – Thursday
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday
- Early access must be approved in advanced by Clubhouse Chairs
- Blackout dates include Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Halloween, & New Year’s Eve
Open To SRHOA Members:
- The clubhouse is open for rental to SRHOA members who are in good standing and current on dues.
Available Dates/Calendar:
- Login to Membership Toolkit to check the clubhouse calendar for available dates before contacting the Clubhouse Chair for reservations. Once an open date has been identified, email the Clubhouse Chair at SRHOAClubhouse@gmail.com to book a reservation.
Rental Agreement:
- After your date has been confirmed as available, you will fill out the Clubhouse Rental Agreement HERE on MTK under the Forms tab.
Rental Fee:
- You’ll submit payment following the submission of your Clubhouse Rental Agreement. There is a $150 rental fee, which includes the cost of basic post-rental cleaning by our contracted cleaning company (vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning counter tops). There is also a $175 refundable deposit fee, which is refunded as long as the clubhouse is damage free and returned to its original condition via the exit checklist
Access Codes:
- Your access codes will be emailed to you via the email address listed on your rental agreement the week of your event.
Facilities:
- There is no stove/oven in the clubhouse, but there is a small microwave and refrigerator. There are about 4 square card tables, 2 six-foot folding tables and 20 folding chairs for use by renters in the Clubhouse closet.
